PACC-CTR Supports Art Relief Mobile Kitchen at Adobo Throwdown 2.0

The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce - Central Texas Region (PACC-CTR) is pleased to announce that the Art Relief Mobile Kitchen has been selected as part of the PACC-CTR Humanitarian Projects. As such, a portion of the proceeds from the Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo 2.0 will be donated to support their cause.

The Art Relief Mobile Kitchen is a non-profit organization that provides food and aid to those affected by disasters and emergencies. Their team of volunteers and chefs travels to affected areas with their mobile kitchen, focusing on providing real, sustaining meals for those in need, rather than just basic food. Art Relief Mobile Kitchen began in 2013 after Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines and has since served over 600,000 meals in various disaster-stricken areas.

The Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo 2.0 will be held on August 5-6, 2023 at the Schertz Civic Center. The event will feature a variety of food vendors, entertainment, and a cooking competition, where chefs will compete to make the best adobo dish.

The PACC-CTR is proud to support the Art Relief Mobile Kitchen and its efforts to provide aid to those in need. We encourage everyone to attend the Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo 2.0 and help us make a difference in the community. Together, we can make a positive impact and support a great cause.
